2003 – 2011: Company management and engineering staff provided project management as subcontractors to 49 projects that have been managed by the US Corps of Engineers, mainly in the Taji military base in Iraq. |
2011 – present: As direct prime contractors with Iraqi government, mainly Iraqi Ministry of Oil, Fromewill managed to secure projects with approx. total value of $65 million US Dollars since 2012. Fromewill has also secured projects in the US Embassy and Baghdad Diplomatic Support Centre for the US state department. |

Fromewill Ltd is spearheaded by owner and Managing Director Eng. Hider Al-Touqmatchi who has been residing in Iraq since 2003.
We employ around 50 personnel in Iraq on a fulltime basis ranging from architects to engineers, IT and on-site technicians, QC and HSE officers as well as skilled and unskilled labor.
We are a self-contained engineering organization, our project management and construction capabilities as well as our in-house design abilities, allow us to undertake complex design and build projects.
We have a strong and self-sufficient engineering department encompassing civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and system engineering. As well as I.T, CAD personnel and materials procurement personnel who assist the engineers in the design and execution of the projects.
