Project Description:

Stripping

• Strip the unit down to the exterior sh This entails the removal of water lines, fire suppression lines, inside wall paneling, insulation, shower pans and stall dividers, fixtures, sink fixtures, lights and HVAC

Floor

• Floor joist are to be repaired with same spec materials.
• New insulation is to be installed in the floor.
• The sub-floor is to have 1/16” metal shims built up on the floor joist for directional flow of the water to the floor drain
• Two layers of fiberglass are to be installed and anchored to the floor joist
• Three floor drains are to be installed and tied into the drainage system.
• Floor drains are to be inset into the floo

Walls

• Insulation is to be installed in the walls and ceiling.
• Walls are to be new wall paneling Wood Polymer Composite (WPC Panels)

Ventilation Fans

• 8 ventilation fans are to be installed 1 each over each shower stall pointing outwards, 6 to be installed over vanities pulling fresh air inside.

Electrical

• Electrical lights are to be replaced with new ligh
• All wiring is to have a main GF
• Whole unit will be grounded and bond

Shower Stalls

• Shower stalls are to be of fiberglass resin in design and a one-piece unit and must be of a heavy commercial grad
• Shower heads and mixers are to be installed

Installations

• New water lines and fittings
• New mirrors
• New sink and sink faucets
• Two 5-ton split units

Entrance door

• Replace entrance door with same factory style door
• Replace door hinges
