Fromewill Ltd/ BISAN Co. Partnership has been awarded the above-mentioned project by SOMO (Iraqi Oil Marketing Company / Iraqi Minister of Oil)

 Total development area: 80,000 m2 divided into two parts as follows:

1st part:

Construction of a residential complex for SOMO & Ministry of Oil employees only, as per following details:

Location : Central of Baghdad, part of existing SOMO complex.

Total area : 64,000 m2

Total construction area : 71,250 m2

No. of Buildings : 31

Total No. of flats : 453 (48 Flats x Type A, 150 Flats x Type B, 133 Flats x Type C, 120 Flats xType D).

Area of flats : Type-A 200 m2, Type-B 175 m2, Type-C 150 m2, Type-D 1256 m2.

Infrastructure : Power, Water, Sewage, Rain Water, Fire Fitting, Roads, Central Gas

Distribution system, Tel System, Satellite system, Internet system and landscaping.

2nd part:

16000 m2 commercial area to be leased to the partnership for 25 years extendable to 50 years

The 16000 m2 land will be developed into:

1 - Multi-storey shopping mall with integrated food supermarket including restaurants etc.

2 - Multi-storey car park

3 - Petrol station.

4 - Car wash facilities.
