Design and build 3 x 76 meter by 244 meter pre-engineered metal building warehouse and 1 x 82 x 55 meter pre-engineered metal building for the Joint Repair Parts Command (JRPC) Iraq. In addition to the warehouse buildings the following additional work is included: 100m x 10m asphalt access road, outside elevated loading ramp, outside concrete aprons, utility extensions and drainage improvements.
This project consists of the following main items:

- Supply 244 x 76m (18544m2) Warehouse One with Aprons, Ramp and Elevated Loading Dock (22250m3 of compacted soil)

- The work includes all site work, civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, communications and ventilation work necessary to design and build a complete and usable facility.
- Supply all materials to connect the buildings to main 11kV overhead power lines complete will Transformers, Panels and cables.
- Supply all materials to connect the buildings to main sewers collection system, including, manholes, lift stations and all fixtures and fittings.
- Supply all materials to connect the buildings to main Potable Water system, including, water tanks, pumps and all fixtures and fittings
- Supply and construct a full operational communication system.
