Activity 1 – Site Mobilization, Materials Inspection, and Install Three new Generators
Inspect all materials to ensure all materials are in good condition and all materials to complete the project are on-site.  If something is missing, provide list of missing items to PAE.  Install three new generator sets (one at a time) into the vacated generator set locations at the EHP Firehouse. These new generator sets will be delivered to the EHP Firehouse by PAE at the request of the Contractor.

Activity 2 – Piping
Add two - 1” fuel/water separators and ~ 120 ft. of 1” black piping/with fittings to serve as a supply/return from the existing 5,000 gal fuel tank to Genset G1.  1” piping for Gensets G2 and G3 are existing and connecting these existing 1” fuel lines to Genset G2 and Genset G3 (connection requires less than 5 ft of 1” black piping).

Activity 3 – Electrical/Housing
All electrical work shall be performed to minimize power outages at the EHP Firehouse.  Electrical work includes:
•    Remove existing ATS – PAE to dispose of ATS.
•    Placement of electrical panel shed
•    Installation of PAE-supplied new FG Wilson EasyGen 2500 synchronizing and load share system.  This includes installing all electrical connections, cable to each genset, control wiring, cable trays and cable terminations.
•    Install PAE-supplied light fixture and small HVAC Unit inside the Electrical Panel Shed.

Activity 4 – Start up and Performance Testing
Start-up and performance testing for new genset system will be executed by PAE-provided FG Wilson distributor only.  The Contractor shall have competent electrical personnel on-site for two – eight hour days to ensure new genset system is fully-mission-capable.

Activity 5 – Minor Repairs/Improvements to EasyGen 2500 Controls Building
Caulk seal and paint the interior and exterior of the 8’ x 8’ EasyGen 2500 Controls Building – (PAE to provide materials).  Provide technical support/guidance to PAE Welding Dept to reinforce the existing floor using either structural steel and/or wood.  Purpose of reinforcing the floor is to better support the EasyGen 2500 system.
