Project Description         :

 Supply the expertise, materials, labor and equipment necessary to design and construct Phase-II of the Regional Training Center (RTC). Work includes construction of Barrack Facilities consisting of six 726m² pre-engineered buildings and six 113m² masonry latrine buildings.

Work shall also include all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements.

Work Included

Design and Construct new 6 x Steel type PEB Barrack Buildings 726m2 each.

Design and Construct new 6 x Brick and mortar latrines Buildings 113m2 each.

Design and construct fully operational potable water system complete with Pumps and distribution system to serve the project.

Design and construct fully operation Sewers system complete with necessary lift stations and associated manholes to serve the project.

Design and construct fully operation powers distribution system complete with Overhead Power lines, 350kVA Generator, Transformers, MDP’s and DB’s to serve the project.
